Independence Day Peace Vigil 

Saturday, July 4th 2026  -  11:00am to 12:00 pm

The Peace and Social Action Committee invites you to join us for a Peace Vigil this Independence Day. 
We will gather outside Gwynedd Meeting Friends for 11:00am to 12:00pm in a shared witness for peace.

All are welcome to stand together in reflection and hope. Participants are encouraged to bring signs with messages such as “No More War,” “Not One More Penny,” or “War Is Not the Answer at Home or Abroad.”  You are also welcome to bring Independence Day–themed signs, such as “Resisting Tyranny,” as well as American flags.
